Please click on the ‘Form’ Page to access the ‘Medication in Schools’ Form if you require your child to be given medicine whilst attending school. 

The Form and the medication should be handed in to school.

The order for sweatshirts needs to be handed into the school office by tomorrow (Friday 11th).  Please download the order form within the FORMS section of this blog and hand into office.   A flyer was sent out before easter advising parents of the new communication arrangments with regards to general letters/flyers/newsletters home to parents.  All communication will be posted on the ‘blog’ to  save resources and help the Eco Council towards their next flag.

Please find a sweatshirt order form on our ‘Forms Page’.  Once complete, please hand into the school office.  Sweatshirts/poloshirts are only ordered once per year and this order needs to be sent away by Friday 11th April.  A small stock is held in the office.
